The rental fee is due in full upon signing of this contract and is required IN FULL to secure the event date and time. The DAMAGE Deposit of $250.00 will be held until following the event & returned if there are no damages, time overages, etc. Client Initials here _______.

Cornerstone Cottage Bake My Day Catering
Guests are under the direction and control of the Lessee for the event of _________________________ on the date of _____________ at the
Cornerstone Cottage. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold under any circumstances.
The above signed Lessee releases Cornerstone Cottage from any liability and accepts FULL RESPONSIBILITY of having alcohol at their event. Please act responsibly and if possible assign someone to make sure it is safe for guests to leave or secure them a safe ride home.
The use of any alcoholic beverages must be confined to the Cornerstone Cottage Property and must be in accordance with State and Local Laws. The Lessee is responsible for the behavior of the guests. Any infractions or disturbances created as a result of the activity which require policy authorities to respond and/or to take action shall be considered a violation of the terms and conditions of Cornerstone Cottage, and will result in forfeiture of the total deposit in addition to other fines. Cornerstone Cottage resides on a residential street and it is expected that guest behavior and noise levels not disturb the neighbors or their property. Bottles and trash etc must be cleared from area parking lots or be subject to our outside cleanup fee per our Terms & Conditions. Boisterous behavior before, during or after a party is not acceptable and may result in the loss of future Cottage rentals.
The neighboring businesses who have allowed us to use their parking areas must also be respected. The Lessee understands that the neighboring parking lots and neighborhood streets should be cleared of any debris resulting from the gathering.
